“For He is the living God, and He endures forever; His kingdom will never be destroyed, and His dominion has no end. He rescues and delivers; He performs signs and wonders in the heaven and the earth, for He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.” Daniel 6:26-27
“Our God is a living God”  He’s not sleeping, not away from His throne, not distracted.

“He endured forever”  He never gets tired, never takes a break.

“His kingdom will never be destroyed or His dominion end”  We humans give it our best effort but NOTHING can trump His power; not our sin, sickness, finances, abilities or lack there of, not the messes we make of things!

“He rescues, delivers, and performs signs and wonders”  He does all these things on a daily basis in His time and in His way. I get so caught up in my own head that I put God in my little box with my limitations and forget that He is so much bigger!

The Red Sea, Goliath, Jonah and the whale, the lions’ den…none of those would have been in my Top 5 Deliverance Plans. God is a BIG God with a BIG plan and can do BIG THINGS for us!
